Ben Cruachan Guest House Terms and Conditions
- As we are a Guest House and not a Hotel we do not have a reception and, to ensure that we are here to welcome you, check-in is therefore by arrangement only.
- All bookings are secured by credit card.
- There is a non refundable deposit equal to the first nights stay, this can be paid by cheque should you so wish. For those using a credit card, nothing is taken at the time of booking, however the booking is still subject to the usual cancellation policy.
- Settlement of accounts are on departure and payment by cash or cheque (subject to a valid cheque guarantee card) ensures that we do not have to pass on the credit card surcharge. This currently stands at 4%.
Ben Cruachan Guest House Cancellation Policy
- Bookings cancelled within 14 days of are subject to 50% charge on the balance due.
Bookings within 7 days are subject to 100% charge. We will always try and re-sell a room and where successful we will deduct this from any amount owed.
